Egg with onion is my brothers favorite dish. He actually like all type of egg dishes but this one is his favorite dish. This is a tasty dish with less work. Egg could be excellent at any occasion and any moment .
It is almost an inexpensively accessible meals that are also quick to prepare. It contains numerous important nutrition's that is a healthy diet for children and adults. Egg is loaded with protein, full of vitamins A, B6, B12, D, E, calcium and minerals.

Ingredient
Egg - 4
Onion - 6 Large
Chili Powder - 1Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 Cup
Salt As Per Taste
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Instruction
Chop onions and coriander leaves. Heat a pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot add chopped onion and fry till golden brown,
Now add chili powder and turmeric powder to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 1-2 min. Add coriander leaves and salt. Spread the onions to ensure that it covers the entire pan. Onion layer should be thick.
Now make 4 small holes in the spreaded onions. Break eggs and add it to the the holes. Add a pinch of salt on the eggs as we have already added salt to onions.
Cover the pan with lid and let it cook till the egg yolk is hard.
Cut it into 4 equal parts and serve with chapatti, roti or rice.
