Masala Peanut is crunchy deep fried snacks. It is one of my favorite snacks. You can find it here in almost every grocery shop. When I was a kid my mom and dad used to buy this for us (me, my sister and brother) and we used to fight for the bigger share. We used to finish it on the same day.
This dish is made by mixing peanut, gram flour and spices, then deep fried in oil. You can serve this as tea time snacks. You can even store it for long time in air tight container.
