Aam Ka Panna is a sweet and sour drink. It is a refreshing cooler in the summer season. It is made with raw mangoes, sugar or jaggery and some spices.
It is made with lots of variation. It is made by either boiling the mango or roasting it and some use raw mangoes or semi ripe mangoes.
Raw Mango - 1 Large Size
Sugar - Double The Quantity of Mango Puree
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
Crushed Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Black Salt - 1 Tsp
Roast raw mango on stove top on low flame till it turns black in color. Let it cool down slightly.
Peel off the skin of roasted raw mango. Now chop it or remove the pulp using spoon. Some part will be little hard to remove from spoon so just chop it.
Put it in the blender and blend it till soft. Tranfer it in a bowl and add sugar, cumin powder, black pepper and black salt. Mix well.
Now transfer pulp in a glass jar and refrigerate it.
When serving add two spoon of pulp in a glass and fill it will cold water.
Your Aam Ka Panna is ready to serve.
Serve it chilled.
