Egg Pakoda

Egg Pakoda / Pakora is a very tasty and crispy snacks and street food of India. It is one of my favorite dish. It is basically an egg fritters. You can serve this as a tea time snacks. Traditionally pakodas are made from gram flour batter but today I have made it with all purpose flour and rice flour.

I got this recipe from my aunt. Thank you Mami for the recipe. Few days back my mom visited my aunts place, there she had this pakoda. She liked it so much that I could not resist asking the recipe from my aunt.

How To Make Egg Pakoda / Pakora?

Heat a pan and add oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, dip eggs in the batter and pour it in pan. Fry it on a low flame till golden brown and crispy.

Transfer it to tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
