Chocolate Ice Cream is my niece's and sister-in-law's favorite ice cream flavor. This recipe doesn't require ice cream maker. It is rich in taste.
This recipe is adapted from Chocolate, Chocolate and More. I have made a very slight change in the ingredient. It took me just 15 mins and my ice cream was all set to freeze.
How To Make Chocolate Ice Cream?
Ingredients
Whipped Cream - 2 Cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 Can
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Instruction
In a bowl add condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Mix it well.
Now in another bowl add whipped cream and whip it till stiff peaks form.
Now fold in condensed milk mixture to whipped cream. Transfer it in a air tight container or any container and cover it with cling wrapper. Freeze it for 6 to 7 hours.
Your Chocolate Ice Cream is ready to serve.
