Mango Lassi.....one more refreshing and summer cooler drink. It is a traditional yogurt based drink from Punjab. It is rich, thick, creamy and very tasty drink. I love mango a lot I have told this in my previous post. I brought some alphonso mangoes, so thought of making this lassi. You can make it with any type of mangoes.
It is made by blending mangoes, yogurt, milk or cream and sugar or honey. You can even have it with your meal or after the meal. You can make variety of lassi like strawberry lassi, banana lassi, plain lassi, pista lassi and lot more.

How To Make Mango Lassi?
Ingredients
Mangoes - 2
Yogurt - 200 Gms
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 4 Tbsp
Instruction
Wash and peel the mangoes. Roughly chop the mangoes. Now in a blender add chopped mangoes and blend it to make a smooth puree.
Now add yogurt, milk and sugar in the blender and blend again.
Pour it in the glass and refrigerate it for an hour.
Your Mango Lassi is ready to serve.
Serve it chilled.
Refreshing and so yummy. Nothing can beat this delicious Mango lassi for respite from summer heat.
