Mango Chutney

Mango Chutney is a sweet, spicy and sour dish. It is made in lots of variations. Today I am posting easiest recipe, yet tasty. Mango is one of my favorite fruit. I can have it in any form such as in curry, pickles, jam, juice, smoothies etc.

You can serve this chutney with chapatti, parathas, as a side dish with rice or as a spread on breads. Even kids will love it. It is made with raw mango, sugar or jaggery, red chili powder, cumin seed powder, fennel seed powder, garam masala powder and salt. You can adjust the red chili powder quantity as per you need.
