Ice Cream is my mom's favorite. She just loves it. Well, who doesn't love Ice creams? Almost everyone loves it.

How To Make Vanilla Custard Ice Cream?
Milk - 500 ml
Custard Powder - 2 Tbsp
Sugar - 5 Tbsp
Fresh Cream - 4 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Tsp
Keep aside 4 tbsp of milk from 500 ml of milk. Add custard powder in 4 tbsp of milk and mix well. There should not be any lumps.
Now boil remaining milk and sugar in a pan. When milk is slightly hot add custard powder mixture and boil till you get dosa batter consistency. Switch of the stove and let it cool down completely.
Now add fresh cream and blend it with hand mixer or in a blender.
Transfer it in a air tight bowl and freeze it for 2 hours.
Do this method for at least 5 times. And then finally freeze it for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
Vanilla Custard Ice Cream is ready to serve.
