Prawn Fry


Yesterday after cooking prawn pulao there was some more prawn left at my refrigerator. So today I decided to make prawn fry. 


I'm terrific lover of prawns. I attempt various recipes making use of it.

It is quite simple to make by just using ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice and is usually carried out in 15 to 20 minutes.

Regardless of little ingredients and a simple recipe to cook, the taste of this dish was remarkably excellent.



They're quite versatile and will cheer up and put a unique taste to any basic meal.

Ingredient

Prawn - 2 cup
Rice Flour -1/2 cup (Or as needed)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Juice Of 2 Lemon
Salt As Per Taste
Oil for Deep Frying 

Instruction 

Shell and devein prawns. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients except rice flour and marinate for at least 1 hour.
After an hour heat a pan and add oil in it. Now dip the marinated prawns in the rice flour and once the oil is hot add prawns to the pan and deep fry till it is golden brown in color.
Serve this crispy Prawn Fry with mint or coriander chutney.
