It's an instant recipe and requires no earlier preparation. Because you don't have to soak the rice and dal, grind it and ferment the batter. It is quite delicious, crispy and quick but you require a minimal skill to make this dosa. It is really an excellent food to serve the unexpected guest!

I've provided thorough guidelines with images to ensure that anyone can make it effortlessly. So let's begin.

Oil for greasing

Instruction

First chop onion and green chili. Then in bowl mix semolina, rice flour, maida, cumin seeds, chopped green chili and salt. Add water to this mixture and make a thin batter. The consistency of batter should be thin like milk or butter milk or that of neer dosa.

Heat a pan on medium flame and grease some oil to it. Sprinkle few chopped onion on the pan and pour batter with ladle or you can sprinkle the batter with your hand.

Apply some ghee or oil on the top of dosa and let it cook till it turns golden brown. This dosa is cooked only from one side.

With the help of spatula remove it in a plate.

Repeat the same procedures with remaining batter.
