Aloo Ki Sabzi
Aloo ki sabzi is quite tasty and mouth-watering dish. Its very quick and easy to make and contains a dry consistency. This dish is perfect when you are running out of time.

Aloo is the hindi name for potato and sabzi means vegetable. Potatoes are rich in numerous nutritional value.

So lets begin...

Ingredients


Potatoes - 6 Large
Onion - 1 Large
Mustard - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 Tsp
Green Chilli - 4
Garlic - 5 Cloves
Curry Leaves - 6
Tumeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt As Per Taste
Oil - 1 Tsp

Instructions

Cut Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes in small pieces. Soak them in water to avoid turning black.
 Soak Potatoes
Now heat a pan and pour oil in it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal to it. Let it splutter.

Then add chopped onion, green chilli, mashed garlic and curry leaves. Let it cook till onion turn soft and slightly brown.

Cook Till Onion is Brown

Now remove the soaked potatoes from water and add it to pan. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well. Cover the lid and cook till potatoes turns soft. You can even garnish it will coriander leaves.

Your Aloo Ki Sabzi is ready to serve.
Serve Aloo Ki Sabzi

Serve it with chapati, roti or rice.
