Dry Aloo Sabzi

Dry Aloo Sabzi is a spicy and tasty dish. Aloo is the Hindi name for potato and sabzi for vegetable. It is very easy to make. It goes well with pav, chapatti or roti. Its one of my favourite dish. We normally have it with pav (Bun) for our breakfast but you can serve it for lunch, dinner or even for tiffin.

It is made with very less ingredients like potatoes, mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. I have already posted a recipe of Aloo Ki Sabzi made in a different style.
